Milestones Development and Play Park, situated in Lubbock, Texas, was born from the profound need for an inclusive indoor play space. In response to our client’s personal journey with Alström Syndrome, 0ur goal was to create an environment where children of all abilities could play, learn, and thrive.

Orca Coast Play achieved several key objectives:

• Design and construct an innovative 20,000 sq. ft. indoor play park.
• Prioritize safety, inclusivity, and engagement in every aspect of the park’s design.
• Offer a diverse range of themed structures suitable for children of all ages and abilities.

The park features three themed structures – a dream home, a jungle safari, and a candy land – each carefully designed to cater to different age groups and developmental stages. The incorporation of child-friendly netting, a horizontal climbing wall, and a Quiet Room strategically ensures a safe and inclusive play environment. Despite challenges, including supply chain issues and pandemic-related delays, Orca Coast Playground Ltd ensured the successful implementation of the design.
