Orca Coast was founded in 2004 by Bill Dunbar and Rey Estanislao. With backgrounds purely in the raw hands on aspects of Playground Manufacturing, design and installation, Orca was built on a "lets do this right" foundation.   Despite Orca's phenomenal and rapid growth, Orca still carries this value at the forefront of the operation today.  

Orca now has over 25 employees working out of its beautiful Port Coquitlam, British Columbia plant with agents in various parts of Canada, the United States and Mexico.  All of Orca's employees understand the magnitude of our clients purchases and the importance of their investment.  While all of Orca's employees are Key, some names and backgrounds you might become familiar with are:

Bill Dunbar - Director

Bill has been involved in the Soft Contained Playground industry since he was 21 years old with focus on the manufacturing and installation of the playground equipment and later on sales and management.  Bill has supervised builds almost all over the world and handled deals from Saudi Arabia to Saskatoon.  Bill is the proud Father of a 6 year old girl.

Rey Estanislao - Director
B.Sc Architecture
National University of the Philippines

Heavily involved in designing some of the largest playground projects in the world for the last 10 years. Rey brings a high grade of knowledge to any project, his designs can be seen in 100's of locations around the world. Rey is also one of the only known designers in the industry that can actually build what he designs, making Orca's designs make sense on paper before they hit the manufacturing floor.  Rey is the proud father of 2 teenage girls.

Phil Dueck - North American VP Sales

Father of 3 boys, Phil came on board with Orca after the first 2 years of operation and has successfully handled every single project he has faced. Truly caring about each and every Orca Customer and ensuring that Orca maintains its 100% client satisfaction rate are the ingredients that have brought Phil to be known as one of the best in the industry.  Phil's project management skills and experience combined with his genuine concern for clients has raised the bar in the world of playground purchasing.

Marina Grobovenko - Designer

Marina is a highly skilled designer also from BCIT and brings a much needed flare to the industry with solid well thought out designs and creative uniformed creations.
