This case study explores the development of this monumental structure, which not only sets records for its size but also reflects Orca Coast’s dedication to offering a wide variety of experiences for both children and adults.

As a leading commercial soft indoor playground manufacturer, Orca Coast Playground Ltd. was asked to create a space that surpasses typical recreational areas. Situated in Woodlands, Texas, the indoor play space was to merge the realms of fun and faith, creating an architectural marvel that serves as a central landmark within the church community.

The challenge extended beyond creating a towering structure; it involved crafting an environment that seamlessly blended size with safety, excitement, and spiritual growth, all while accommodating specific design elements. The task was to design a playground with eight levels, offering an array of experiences at different heights, two 22ft corkscrew slides, and a total of seven slides, ensuring the highest standards of safety and engagement.

Orca Coast Playground Ltd. approached the challenge with a meticulous methodology. This involved a comprehensive analysis of space utilization, safety considerations, and the incorporation of elements that would engage children physically, mentally, and spiritually.
